Serve as the primary clinical resource for therapy adoption, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and product preparation across assigned accounts. Maintain consistent presence in key accounts to promote confidence, safe utilization, and clinical excellence. Educate physicians, fellows, nurses, and staff through presentations, in-services, therapy overviews, product demonstrations, and hands-on training. Engage key clinical stakeholders and referral networks to expand therapy awareness and identify opportunities for integration. Build strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, administrators, and clinical teams to support therapy growth and account development. Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand needs, demonstrate product value, and support onboarding and training. Act as a liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service satisfaction. Collaborate with sales representatives and the Sales Manager to align field efforts and execute strategies supporting regional goals. Analyze account performance, procedure volumes, and therapy trends to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, trial requirements, and regulatory standards during case support and educational interactions. Provide on-call support when needed for case coverage or urgent clinical needs. Travel regularly to support customers, deliver clinical expertise, and drive strategic territory growth. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting or performing interventional cardiology procedures—preferably with exposure to PCI, complex PCI, plaque modification and other cath lab therapies. Strong clinical and technical acumen with the ability to support a wide range of procedural scenarios and provide expert guidance during cases. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of delivering effective presentations and clinical education. Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable team player who excels in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. General understanding of hospital operations, purchasing processes, and cross-functional business dynamics is a plus. Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Willingness to work flexible hours and complete a comprehensive technical training program. Requisition ID: 621617 The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $41,200 to $78,300, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
