Aktive Unterstützung bei der Anwendung von EP-Produkten nach sorgfältiger Einarbeitung Ansprechperson für produktbezogene und medizintechnische Fragen Organisation und Durchführung von Kundentrainings und Kongressbesuchen Ausbau und Pflege unserer Kundenbeziehungen Unterstützung unseres Sales-Teams und der Studienabteilung Informationsaustausch mit dem Vertrieb und der Abteilung Customer Service Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/-pfleger oder Kardiotechniker/in Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im genannten oder artverwandten Bereich Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit Starke Kunden- und Patientenorientierung sowie Kontaktstärke und Zuverlässigkeit Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift Hohe Flexibilität vor allem im Sinne ausgeprägter Reisebereitschaft im jeweiligen Gebiet

Responsibilities

The Field Clinical Specialist will actively support the application of electrophysiology products and serve as a point of contact for product-related and medical technology questions. Responsibilities also include organizing and conducting customer training and congress visits, as well as supporting the sales team and study department.
