Field Collection Lead East Surabaya

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB:

• Memastikan manajemen target harian tim Field Collection terlaksana, mencapai target dan dilaporkan dengan tepat waktu,
• Memberikan dukungan (support) untuk saran, ide dan/atau masukan untuk prospek kontrak agar target tercapai sesuai atau lebih dari target,
• Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan harian pencapaian tim,
• Mengerti, memahami dan monitor portfolio kontrak dan pemetaan area jangkauan tim,
• Sebagai coach dan juga driver/pendorong untuk semua Field Collector,
• Berkolaborasi dengan pihak - pihak terkait (Trainer, HR, Analis) untuk manajemen tim dan manajemen kontrak untuk menunjang strategi pencapaian target yang maksimal.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: KUALIFIKASI:

• Sudah menyelesaikan pendidikan Diploma/Sarjana,
• Setidaknya 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang collection & recovery,
• Pelamar harus bersedia bekerja dan pernah bekerja di wilayah Jawa Timur,
• Mampu mengelola tim lebih dari 10 orang,
• Semangat tinggi mencapai target, gigih, dan detail.
