Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Field Compliance Coordinator - Drilling & Workover for a leading oil and gas client based in Saudi Arabia. The Field Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards in drilling and workover operations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires close collaboration with field teams and management to identify risks, oversee safety protocols, and ensure operational compliance. Responsibilities As a successful candidate will be required to perform the following: • Act as operations division Field HSE Advisor, assigned for division/group rigs for matters related to safety, loss prevention, environment, occupational health & compliance. • Conducting department frequent internal HSE audits & ad-hoc field inspections per the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System; SA relevant HSE & Operations standards and as directed by Department/Division management, and in meeting the department operations’ safety objectives and expectations. Complete separate NCR report for each conducted inspection & develop a SMARTER plan for each attested audit/Inspection; This includes assisting engineering, operations and HSE teams in upkeeping existing and developing new safety processes related to risk assessment and management, safety training, asset integrity, safe operations, environmental protection, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, etc. • Contribute in and/or lead & Complete incident investigations through all stages and complete/review all related reports. • Conduct internal pre-commencement inspections for new rigs as directed and attend/support these rigs to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified by official pre-commencement inspections. • Pre-assesses assigned rigs for RHSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate audits & EPD audits & inspections as directed and attend/support these rigs to develop action plans for closeout of findings identified officially by mentioned Audit/Inspection teams. • Act as a mentor to assigned rigs foremen in regards of all HSE maters. • Guide & evaluate rigs’ safety officers for compliance to SA UR Drilling requirements. • Assess rig workers, leaders & managers against behavioral safety through frequent rig visits, attending rig’s safety/operations meetings & on-job HSE awareness & raise reports as required. Bachelor degree in, Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or in a related discipline from an accredited entity or equivalent. International safety certification NEBOSCH IGC or IOSH or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience related to safety operations, Oil & Gas industry with minimum of 7 years in Drilling and Workover operations. Strong technical expertise in the area of Incident investigation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness & response, and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

The Field Compliance Coordinator ensures regulatory and company safety standards are met across drilling and workover operations. They conduct internal HSE audits, lead incident investigations, and provide mentorship to field teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
