JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Field Coordinator to manage and support our ground team in daily moving operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-organized, and have a good command of English to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in moving or logistics operations
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Fit to work outdoors and on weekends if needed
Able to handle fast-paced and hands-on work
Team player with leadership skill

✅ Coordinate and monitor site operations for residential & commercial moves
✅Brief and supervise drivers, movers, and packers
✅Be the main contact point for clients on-site
✅Handle last-minute issues calmly and efficiently
✅Ensure safety, proper handling of items, and timely job completion
✅Submit reports and crew performance feedback
