We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Denver, CO location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

    This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
  • Create and maintain daily and material reports
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
  • Track equipment usage and track as needed
  • Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed
  • Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and collect all compliance documents for closeout
  • Assist operations management with various field duties
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
