About the role As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee, you will work alongside a mentor offering you on going coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship. You will get hands on training providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services, in homes and/or business. You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver the optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's values and strategy. This is a Fixed-term role for 12 months. Current location in demand: NSW – Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Byron Bay, Broken Hill, Snowy Mountains, Gwydir TAS – Hobart, Launceston QLD – Emerald, Moranbah, Townsville, Bundaberg, Kingaroy, Toowoomba WA – Geraldton, Perth NOR, Perth SOR NT – Darwin, Katherine What You Bring Hold a current driver's licence. Physically fit for the role. The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening. Ability to undertake a police check. Professional and polite communication. Enjoy working in a team environment. Positive attitude and safety-first approach. Be technically minded. Qualifications As a Trainee Technician you will be provided with Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licencing for the location you reside in. No qualifications need. Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment undertaken by RTO What We Offer 1 Year Full-time paid traineeship.
