Responsibilities Install electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, cable trays, panels, and equipment in accordance with project specifications and safety standards Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field to ensure system functionality and reliability Test electrical systems and components to verify proper operation and compliance with industry standards Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems to support ongoing project needs and operational requirements Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate installation and commissioning Document work activities, test results, and system configurations accurately for project records and compliance purposes Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical systems preferred Proven experience as an electrical technician or in a similar field role, preferably in telecommunications, industrial, or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Physical capability to perform field work, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and professional growth. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience using electrical testing tools and equipment. Strong understanding of safety procedures and electrical codes. Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet project deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites. Ability to perform physical work including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in outdoor or industrial environments. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License or Electrical Certification (preferred). OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience in telecommunications or data center environments. Low-voltage or controls experience. Military electrical or technical experience is highly valued. Safety certifications such as OSHA, NFPA 70E, or related credentials.
