You will play a key role in driving high standards, safety, and efficiency on critical infrastructure works.
You will undertake the on-site supervision of projects, studies and engineering work on oil and gas projects and associated facilities. This includes liaising with project teams and clients, travelling across multiple sites across the length of our pipeline, including regular nights away from home.

  • Ensure work is delivered to company, client, and industry standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
  • Act as the main on-site liaison between contractors, clients, site owners, and BPA project teams.
  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and programme targets are met.

  • Maintain accurate site records and assist in contractor negotiations where needed.
  • Manage contractor performance and coordinate discipline-specific engineering staff.
  • Contribute to project planning and risk assessments, issuing site instructions where required.
