Description
Responsibilities: Assist project managers and superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site. Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, quality, and safety compliance. Track quantities, materials, and equipment to support project documentation and cost control. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve technical or logistical issues. Prepare and maintain field reports, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings. Support layout and surveying efforts to ensure proper alignment and elevation. Monitor adherence to project schedules and assist in updating progress reports. Promote a culture of safety and enforce company and OSHA safety policies on-site. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience). 1–3 years of construction related experience (internships included) Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced field environment. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
