Overview:
William Charles Electric is hiring a Field Engineer to support our Power Delivery team in the Midwest. The Field Engineer will provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Construction Manager on various projects. General responsibilities include implementation of the project specific Quality Plan, site specific plans, material inventory and receiving.

• Performs field survey work in regards to layout and tracking of work activities, utilizing PC based software and GPS station/field equipment.
• Manages project specific quality control records and ensuring that required reporting is accomplished.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating to ensure that all required audits/inspections are performed and documented.
• Assist with material inventory and receiving paperwork.
• Assist with final job closeout, as-builts, job binder creation.
• Assist with subcontractor scheduling and management.
• Will provide other duties as assigned.
• Extended work hours and weekend work may be required.
• Assist with RFI (Request for Information) submittals
