POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Engineer 3 will be responsible for installing, repairing, and providing technical maintenance for hardware and software products, primarily at customer premises. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, customer interaction, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven Field and/or Desk Side support experience (years to be specified by candidate).
  • Certification: CompTIA A+ Certification (required).
  • MAC Experience: Professional-level MAC OS troubleshooting and maintenance experience (details to be provided).
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Other: Must provide contingency plan in case of transportation issues.
  • Previous Employment Check: Disclose any prior work with Unisys (contractor or FTE).
