THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to join the Asset Services Drilling and Completions Field Team on a 15/13 roster, reporting to DCW Senior Field Engineer. As a Field Engineer you will provide HSE, Engineering and Operation Support to the front-line execution of the Drilling, Completion and Workover scopes of work.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

• Preparation and review of DCW well programs covering work scope changes or well program deviations with minor risk assessed impacts.
• Provide on-call well execution operational support to the Minor Rig and Rigless activities including “first point of call” responsibilities on 7 days / week basis.
• Support the Brisbane DCW Engineering team by participating in well design and well planning workshops, peer reviews, and onsite technical assurance and well program compliance verification.
• Represents Asset Services at our operating sites with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Lead a contractor operations team (COT).
• Drive continuous improvement by leading and / or supporting the implementation of engineering & operational optimization projects and initiatives.
