We are looking for a Field Engineer to perform the following activities: To ensure daily visibility and proactive follow-up on critical parts, production WIP, delivery commitments, and subcontractor logistics to support operational needs and secure planning reliability Identify part shortages at Customer and its suppliers Track availability and status of pacing items (piece parts) that block production Reduce the impact of part shortage Load & Capacity analysis to understand bottleneck and work out actions together with suppliers & delivery adherence Carry out actions to reduce the risk of raw material shortages Guarantee coverage of the raw material & forging needs Qualifiche What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Strong knowledge of supply chain management General knowledge of project management, production management and cross-functional management. More than 3 years' industrial experience Production Management (PIC/PDP; MRP2; CBN...) Continuous Improvement management (KAIZEN, DMAIC, Quality wall implementation, 8D animation, 5 why, Ishikawa, ...) Project management (APQP type) and collaborative work (cross-functional team) Knowledge of the Quality System (EN9100) and supply chain performance measurements (OTD, OQD, DV, BOAA, cf. QUALIFAS) Soft skills: Problem solving Leadership Good communication skills Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork Languages: Italian (Fluent) English (fluent, oral and written) Ulteriori informazioni Why would you take the plunge?
