Full job description

We're looking for a Experienced Filed Engineer on a major telecommunications infrastructure program spanning multiple sites across NSW and ACT

primary on-site supervisory authority for the program

• Be present on site during all high-risk activities — maintain visual contact with all crew at all times
• Complete and sign the Pre-Start Checklist before work commences each day
• Facilitate and document daily Toolbox Talks — task-specific, signed by all crew
• Supervise all installation, cabling, termination, and commissioning works on site
• Manage rigging/rope access subcontractor on site — day-to-day supervision and safety oversight
• Coordinate site access with the client — manage PSSR Access Authorities and permit-to-work processes
• Report all incidents, near misses, and non-conformances to the Project Manager immediately

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
