Complete High Quality Field Estimates (Roof Surveys) for Reroof Opportunities Perform detailed on-site surveys of commercial roofing systems, documenting current conditions and identifying any areas of concern Work with Company Production Department to achieve company revenue, expense and profit goals Work with Company Reroof Sales team to schedule surveys and provide an excellent customer experience Data Collection-Gather and record precise measurements, photographs, and notes regarding roofing materials, dimensions, and conditions. Upload all required photos and documentation into company CRM (Dataforma) and roof assessment software. Perform accurate roof inspection/assessment field walks of customer’s buildings. Requirements Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, lifting over 50lbs., and navigate roofing surfaces safely. Working Conditions Environment: Primarily outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions. Travel: Frequent travel to different job sites is required. Hours: Full-time position with potential for overtime based on project demands Measurement of Performance: Meet or exceed RRCI field estimate goals for quality, accuracy, and quantity Follow RRCI policies, processes and disciplines (Co. manuals) Effectively maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service customers. All employees: Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

Complete high-quality field estimates for reroof opportunities and perform detailed on-site surveys of commercial roofing systems. Work with the production department and sales team to achieve company goals and provide excellent customer service.
