Description
Overview Represent Leafguard at area trade shows and events. Operate and execute onsite field event marketing activations in lead generation best practices for office to exceed booked, issued, and sales targets. This is achieved primarily through working prescheduled events, training promoters at events, and working with General Manager on lead lifecycle in CRM. Support Senior EM in local planning and administrative needs. Responsibilities Event Marketing Operations Professionally represent Leafguard to the communities we serve at events. Educate and Create Interest in Leafguard products and services for customer acquisitions. Support onsite training of event marketing team of representatives. Create and administer employee scheduled for upcoming event operations. Coordinate and plan display and marketing material set up for upcoming events. Maintain tracking and inventory of company marketing materials. Event and Team Coordination Assist Senior EM in recruiting, team building, and talent retention. Develop territory with finding and proposing new event opportunities to participate in or sponsor. Maintain marketing material as well as display cleanliness and inventory. Support Senior EM in local employee time and attendance. Measure and Track lead generation performance and productivity for office and team. Provide assistance to the Senior Event Manager in basic administrative responsibilities. Achieving department and company standards Professionalism- projecting a favorable company image in behavior and attire. Adhere to Human Resources Department P&P, processes, and best practices. Timely submission of all paperwork including but not limited to payroll, leads, and reporting. Quality- maintain above 50% lead conversion, correct info and submission of leads. Average 60% of work in field at event activations in lead generation activities maintaining an average of .33 Leads per hour. Qualifications Minimum Skills and competencies: High School diploma or GED Experience and proven success in lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others in face paced environments Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time Travel within assigned office territory Evening and weekend availability/working nontraditional business hours Valid Driver’s license with reliable and suitable transportation with ability to transport marketing materials and display to/from scheduled events. Lift/Move/Carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible amount consistently within perimeters of position responsibility. Desired Skills Experience in lead generation for residential home improvement industry. Leadership or supervisory experience in event marketing, retail, or restaurant. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based upon the needs of the business and department. FEMM is responsible for assisting Senior EM in achieving lead/sales targets, within budget, by running and operating Event Marketing Strategies, processes, and best practices while individually working top tier weekly events. #INDLGP
