Location: Ho Chi Minh city About the role: We are seeking an experienced Field Force Manager to lead operations in the Southern region for the hospital channel. You will oversee a team of AMs and BCMs, ensuring effective execution of strategies for our core product portfolios. This role requires strategic leadership to manage a large field force, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen partnerships with key hospital accounts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping regional business plans, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering sustainable growth in a highly competitive environment. Key responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high capability and engagement. Build expertise in scientific knowledge and operational excellence. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with organizational objectives. Ensure effective execution of strategies across hospital accounts through the field team. Stakeholder Engagement Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Support scientific engagement and initiatives that enhance product adoption and advocacy. Performance & Resource Management Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement improvement actions. Manage regional resources and budgets in compliance with company policies and regulations. What we are looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field. Experience: Minimum 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a middle management role. Proven track record in hospital channel operations and tender processes.
