Description

Our Field Human Resources Partner serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to the Operations and Human Resources team, supporting multiple restaurant locations and employees through regular onsite visits. The Field Human Resources Partner serves as the primary point of contact for restaurant managers and team members, and provides guidance on employee relations, engagement, performance management, compliance, and training.
Made to Order Holdings, LLC (also referred to as “MTOH”) is a licensed Franchisee for Whataburger and has the exclusive right to develop and operate restaurants in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Made to Order Holdings will develop 80+ units over the next five to seven years with 10 stores open to date and plans to acquire additional territories in the surrounding areas. This venture will bring one of the most iconic QSR brands to the state of Georgia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ Human Resources experience
  • 2 years’ employee relations experience
  • 2+ year’s QSR, hospitality, or casual dining
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Coach and partner with management in all areas of employee relations
  • Collaborate with the training and development team to identify training needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Manage responses to unemployment claims in a timely and compliant manner
  • Serve as the primary benefits resource for assigned locations
  • Conduct regular audits of restaurant operations to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Oversee E-verify processes; review and audit I-9 forms and lead with resolving errors
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and best practices
