Solid experience across the network rollout lifecycle, including site preparation, installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Knowledge of RAN, Radio, Microwave, Transmission, and basic RF principles. Understanding of field safety compliance, on-site troubleshooting, and vendor/subcontractor coordination. What You Will Bring 10+ years in network rollout, field implementation, or similar telecom delivery roles. Hands-on understanding of on-ground operational challenges. Creative and solution-oriented mindset with experience improving delivery processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and delivery teams.
