ROLE OVERVIEW

Elite Energy ECO is seeking a dedicated Field Inspector to join our growing team. The role involves conducting inspections of heating and insulation works once installed, ensuring that all measures meet required quality, compliance, and health & safety standards. The Field Inspector will complete detailed sign-off reports following an audit checklist and play a key role in maintaining high installation standards across the North West and Midlands regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct on-site inspections of completed heating and insulation installations across domestic properties.
• Verify that all works comply with ECO scheme requirements, industry regulations, and company quality standards.
• Follow a detailed audit checklist to ensure a consistent and thorough inspection process.
• Produce accurate and timely sign-off reports, including photographic evidence where required.
• Identify any defects, compliance failures, or health and safety concerns, and report findings to the Quality & Compliance team.
• Provide feedback and support to installation teams to help maintain and improve standards.
• Liaise with customers on-site in a professional manner, ensuring a positive representation of Elite Energy ECO.
• Keep up to date with relevant ECO scheme changes, technical standards, and best practices.
