JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Field Inspector (Level 3)’s primary role will be to perform inspection for all multi-channel products. Core responsibilities will be to use the iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types. The position requires proficient equipment operator experience, comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types, and the ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers for effective inspection processing. Inspectors will have daily interaction with Inspection Liaisons & other regional inspectors to prioritize workflow in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 -5 Years of experience in related equipment industry environment

  • Navigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklist that drive content accuracy
  • Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describe
  • Action inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warranted
  • Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
  • Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to iInspector app and inspection content processing
  • Organize daily tasks in a manner that drive effective sale processing for multichannel products
  • Responsibilities includes acting as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and acting as a mentor for junior-level inspectors.
  • Support auction day activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
