REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience in inventory control required
  • Experience or willingness to operate in a customer facing role is essential
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role (20-25% in Brisbane)
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • To work with the field team to ensure that SAP accurately reflects what is at consignment stock locations
  • Assist supply chain / Marketing with consignment requirements during phase-in/phase-out situations
  • Management of obsolescence / expired stock
  • Assist with continued process improvements around the consignment management process.
  • Work with the respective business units to setup PAR levels
  • Carry out analysis on the appropriate field stock levels
  • Conducts physical inventory counts
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Champion best practices in inventory control and contribute to process improvement projects
