Field Inventory Specialist (Consignment) Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control and leadership positions, with strong ability to work under pressure. Efficient use of inventory systems and technological tools for control and monitoring, interpretation of reports, indicators, and operational data for decision-making. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office suite and SAP. Ability to manage inventory for more than 500 accounts, handle priorities and critical dates without losing control. Clear and professional communication with external clients and internal company areas, with the ability to resolve operational disagreements without affecting institutional relationships. Practical approach to identifying root causes and executing solutions, with adaptability to operational changes, hospital schedules, and emerging priorities. Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering. Ensure inventory reliability by reconciling physical and theoretical inventory, maintaining accuracy above 95%, detecting discrepancies in a timely manner to establish improvement actions. Ensure total product traceability (UPN, batch, and expiration date). Coordinate with the warehouse the recovery of unused products, out-of-contract items, or those nearing expiration, ensuring timely and correct system registration. Prepare periodic reports on inventory, expirations, and reverse logistics.
