POSITION SUMMARY:

We are actively seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven professional to take ownership of the effective and compliant management of consigned medical devices within their designated territory. This regional, field-based role is pivotal, as it involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales & Marketing Operations, Finance, Loaner, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop and implement a comprehensive consignment inventory strategy that not only manages expiry dates and territory sales stock but also aligns with overarching business objectives and financial targets.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements for field inventory processes, working in partnership with the office team. You will also be directly responsible for the timely execution of audits and returns, utilizing existing reporting and processes to drive actionable insights and tangible results. As part of your responsibilities, you will benchmark best practices across various regions and recommend innovative practices for implementation within your territory. Reporting directly to the Asset Management Lead, you will provide regular updates, highlighting your contributions and progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field preferred.
