JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide onsite technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and smooth functioning of their IT infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferably with a system integrator or IT service provider).
  • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration.
  • Hands-on experience with switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred (for client visits).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows )and applications (Microsoft 365, email).
  • Support network-related issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP PBX and firewall troubleshooting.
  • Manage service requests, incidents, and update clients on progress.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and patch management.
  • Document IT support activities and maintain accurate service records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues.
