As a Field IT Technician, you’ll play a direct role in helping our restaurant teams deliver great guest experiences by ensuring the systems they rely on work seamlessly.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Field IT Technician, you’ll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of essential IT infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations. Your work will directly impact operations and team performance by ensuring system uptime and functionality across Point-of-Sale (POS), networking, audio/visual, security, and back-office systems.
This full-time position requires regular travel, a flexible schedule, and occasional overnight assignments based on operational needs.
