WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Team Lead, you’ll manage and coach a national team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across Benelux, helping them grow retail sales, meet KPIs, and build strong relationships with our retail partners’ store teams. You’ll be the go-to contact between our field team, PSfm and SquareTrade, keeping communication clear, objectives aligned, and performance on track.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of ASMs across the Benelux.
• Building strong partnerships with senior retail leaders with our retail partner..
• Coaching and developing ASMs to hit their targets and grow in their roles.
• Driving retail sales performance and ensuring execution of strategy on the ground.
• Managing performance reviews, setting clear goals, and identifying growth opportunities and needs.
• Monitoring field KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.
• Planning and managing budgets, travel schedules, and team resources.
• Ensuring all communication from HQ reaches the field effectively and consistently.
• Representing the field team in strategy meetings and supporting business growth.
