Join us.   Position Title: Field Logistics Specialist   Location: Irvine, CA Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site   Position Summary The Field Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in supporting operational readiness across multiple field sites. This position is responsible for transporting, securing, and managing company assets—including fleet vehicles, drone systems, and field equipment—between various locations. The role requires hands-on field deployment to support event setup, logistics coordination, equipment assembly/disassembly, inventory management, and on-site operational support. This position acts as a key logistics contact, ensuring smooth execution, safety, and accountability in all field operations.   Required Duties and Responsibilities: * Safely transport assets, equipment, and fleet vehicles between work sites, warehouses, and field locations. * Serve as the primary on-site logistics point of contact for field operations and events. * Support field deployments including booth setup, equipment staging, tenting, signage placement, and other event‑ready preparations. * Assemble and disassemble field equipment components, ensuring proper functionality and safe handling. * Maintain strict control of inventory including check‑in/check‑out, documentation, and reconciliation of assets. * Execute daily/weekly asset inspections and maintain accurate logs of equipment conditions. * Ensure the security of all assets during transport, staging, and field operations. * Coordinate with operations, engineering, and field teams to ensure equipment and materials arrive on schedule and meet mission requirements. * Drive long distances as needed and work extended or irregular hours to support mission-critical operations. * Follow all safety standards, compliance requirements, and internal SOPs for transportation, setup, and equipment handling. * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics workflows, asset management, and field operational efficiency. Required Skills/Qualifications: * Ability to adhere to direction or organizational logistics need and execute tasks effectively. * CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Class A or B, if the organization moves to heavier or commercial‑grade equipment. * Experience in field logistics, event operations, transportation, warehousing, or similar hands-on operational roles. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving long distances and transporting equipment. * Ability to lift, carry, assemble, and move equipment up to 50 lbs. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in inventory and asset tracking. * Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and in fast-paced, dynamic environments. * Ability to follow instructions clearly, execute independently, and communicate updates promptly. * Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability during on‑site operations. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Field Operations Specialist Education:  * High School or 5 years of experiences or more in logistics experiences. Clearance Level Required: Secret clearance     Travel Required: YES, more than 75%   Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: * Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs. * Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.   Hourly Rate: $50.00 - $55.00b hourly Pay depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
