Compensation: $37 / Hour Job Title: Field Maintenance Technician Location: Mansfield, LA Schedule: 5/2 Position Overview The Field Maintenance Technician is an intermediate-level role supporting production operations in the Haynesville. This position performs hands-on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of wellhead and flow control equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and One Call requirements. The role works closely with engineering, operations, and contractors to reduce equipment failures and improve field reliability. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and maintain wellhead and flow control equipment • Perform emergency repairs as required • Order parts and coordinate repair activities • Support One Call processes for construction and maintenance activities • Ensure all maintenance and third-party work meets applicable codes, specs, and design criteria • Coordinate with engineering to support equipment design changes and reliability improvements • Set expectations and monitor contractor performance • Ensure contractors comply with all Operator safety, environmental, and operational standards • Perform additional field support duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or GED • 2–5 years of related oil & gas field maintenance experience • Working knowledge of wellhead and flow control equipment • Knowledge of One Call systems and underground utility protection • Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, permits, and maps • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Physically capable of lifting, climbing, walking, stooping, and handling materials • Valid driver’s license
