Description

America’s Floor Source, one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, is seeking a full-time Field Manager. This leadership role requires extensive flooring installation experience across multiple product categories—including carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and LVT—as well as strong working relationships with local installers. The Field Manager will oversee daily field operations, ensure high-quality installation standards, support and develop installer teams, and serve as a key liaison between customers, installers, and internal departments. This individual must be highly knowledgeable about flooring installation techniques and capable of guiding teams to deliver exceptional results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee and manage field operations for residential and commercial flooring projects * Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction * Support installers with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and on-site problem resolution * Coordinate and schedule installation teams to meet project timelines * Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, subcontractors, and vendors * Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and installation best practices * Assist with installations and repairs when needed * Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and internal teams * Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records JOB REQUIREMENTS * Extensive knowledge of flooring products and installation techniques across multiple flooring types * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support installer teams * Excellent customer service mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations * Established relationships with installers in the Indianapolis market * Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable ABOUT AMERICA’S FLOOR SOURCE Since 2000, Columbus-based America’s Floor Source has grown into one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, providing high-quality products and professional installation services to homeowners, homebuilders, property managers, wholesalers, and business owners throughout the Midwest.
