JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes.
Our ideal candidate oversees day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role bridges projects and field operations, coordinating between site crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and administrative staff. This role is crucial in enhancing productivity, improving quality, and fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in construction management, field supervision, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of building science, construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Solid leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with MS office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
