Job Description Seeking an independent thinker and a highly communicative individual that is adaptable to change with a strong commitment to process and people management. We are revolutionizing the industry, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to expand our footprint. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments. Provide necessary program direction for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating projects across multiple functional areas. Assigning schedules, supplies and equipment to staff members Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles An ability to communicate with the traveling public, co-workers, contractors, and inspectors clearly and confidently. Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and Flaggers Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress Maintaining all rules, safety standards and responsibilities Submitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership, HR, dispatch, billing) Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization. Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting Traffic Control Supervisors under your supervision. Lead project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills) Simple Accounting Proficiency with technology Proven experience in creating and carrying out successful plans and processes to solve complex problems Ability to read and understand a traffic control plan Clean Motor Vehicle Report Ability to obtain ATSSA certification PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Bending, stooping, climbing, lifting up to 75 pounds Pre-employment drug screen 80% in field setting, 20% in office setting EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent education or experience. Experience in the relevant industry, for example, utility construction Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills Good Communication, customer service and problem solving skills Additional Information Benefits-eligible 1st of the month following hire.
