Job Summary: The Field Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Develops methods and guidelines to facilitate efficient service delivery.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform service and warranty work in the field. * Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. * Inspect Installation. * Overall responsibility for quality and cost effective installations. * Measure projects, process layouts, prepare orders and give information to Customer Service Representatives, Installers, Sales, and appropriate personnel. * Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and installers. * Build relationships in field. * Achieve monthly commitments in expense control. * Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information. * Manage delivery schedule in coordination with general contractor to deliver product to jobsites as needed. * Cover, assist, and train in other areas. * Support efforts by all members of the Leedo Team to continuously improve departmental, location, and company performance. * Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from install to completion. * Other duties as assigned by management.   Education and/or Experience * Minimum of a high school diploma with certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, education beyond high school a plus. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors. * Cabinetry and Multifamily experience highly preferred, but not required. * Driving is a requirement for this position: *   A valid driver's license is required. *   Satisfactory completion of motor vehicle report.       NOTE:  The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
