Job Summary: The Field Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Develops methods and guidelines to facilitate efficient service delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform service and warranty work in the field. * Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. * Inspect Installation. * Overall responsibility for quality and cost effective installations. * Measure projects, process layouts, prepare orders and give information to Customer Service Representatives, Installers, Sales, and appropriate personnel. * Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and installers. * Build relationships in field. * Achieve monthly commitments in expense control. * Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information. * Manage delivery schedule in coordination with general contractor to deliver product to jobsites as needed. * Cover, assist, and train in other areas. * Support efforts by all members of the Leedo Team to continuously improve departmental, location, and company performance. * Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from install to completion. * Other duties as assigned by management. Education and/or Experience * Minimum of a high school diploma with certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, education beyond high school a plus. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors. * Cabinetry and Multifamily experience highly preferred, but not required. * Driving is a requirement for this position: * A valid driver's license is required. * Satisfactory completion of motor vehicle report.
