The Field Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional store performance across the 7‑Eleven network. You will be directly accountable for overseeing the operations of approximately 10–14 Franchise and Corporate stores across northern Brisbane up to the Sunshine Coast. As an experienced retail leader, you’ll leverage your expertise to coach and mentor Store Leaders in executing our customer‑centric ambitions, driving both operational excellence and an outstanding in‑store experience. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — someone energised by daily interaction with like-minded, driven individuals.
