With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Field Manager at our office in Vittoria, ON. This role is for an experienced agriculture professional seeking growth opportunities and supervisory responsibilities while assisting in the maintenance of over 7,000 acres of farmland – including pumpkins, asparagus, sweet corn, watermelon, cantaloupe, ginseng and other cash crops.

The Field Manager is responsible for planning crop planting and harvesting schedules, planning equipment maintenance, soil testing, pesticide spraying, and assisting with harvest reports. They will oversee the functions and schedules of the farm staff, ensuring that handling and packaging of produce meets quality standards and industry regulations.
