Description
Is responsible for monitoring the performance and providing the relevant feedback during the induction period. Conducts in-shop training sessions, meetings and on- the- job trainings to achieve outstanding performance through regular visits to shops. Monitors the performance (both quantitative and qualitative) of all roles in the shop. Is in constant communication and cooperation with the Regional Managers, in order to set up the relevant action plans. He/she also gives feedback to the shop owners (franchisees) and along with the Regional Manager, agree on the future action plans of the team. Participates in sales force recruitment when needed. Prepares and participates on the training process of all roles about the shops. Observe regional markets for internal (POS of VFAL products) and external competition (VFAL competitors). Supervise and ensure the correct image of the point-of-sale displays in consumer premises. Expand distribution by providing leads to distributors for new POS in areas that are not covered. People oriented with the ability to coach individuals. Adaptable, able to work under pressure. Passionate, motivation driven. Proactive, fast learner, out of the box thinker Good communication skills 2 years' experience in the field of sales in mobile communications Good Knowledge of mobile, fixed telephony and IT market University degree Good knowledge of English Presentation skills Driving licence Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
