Overview K-Designers - Field Marketer Outstanding earning Potential-Hrly+bonuses and Sales Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand, KDesigners! We are looking for professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness! Being a Brand Ambassador you will be face to face generating new clients at various contracted events and residential neighborhoods throughout the states we currently operate in. The brand ambassador is also responsible for collecting reviews from our previous customers. The primary role of a Brand Ambassador is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing the products and services we provide. This is hourly plus commission which is earned when a new client you generated makes a purchase from us! We also reimburse certain costs associated with travel and there are several performance-based bonuses that we pay! Please ask the recruiting/hiring manager for additional details! Responsibilities - This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.- Memorize and recite script and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers.- Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.- Get information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners- Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible using training provided.- Transport self to assigned event or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers with the utmost degree of courtesy and professionalism.- Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassador’s as necessary. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent- A valid driver’s license in addition to a clean driving record- Reliable transportation to transport self/event gear to various locations throughout the region.- Previous field marketing, canvassing/door 2 door/outside experience a plus, but not required- Age 18+ - Able to lift up to 50 pounds K-Designers is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #INDKDI
