JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketers to join our team to promote and expand the user base of the Oyoyo Events App, a revolutionary platform redefining event planning in Nigeria. As a Field Marketer, you will play a key role in onboarding event vendors (such as decorators, caterers, MCs, DJs, etc).

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
• Working Hours : Full Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 6 months - 1 year experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles (event industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Passion for events and digital technology is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and approach event vendors within assigned locations to introduce the Oyoyo Events App.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the Oyoyo Events App to potential vendors.
• Guide vendors through the download, onboarding process and assist with profile setup and KYC verification.
• Maintain records of outreach, leads, conversions, and weekly performance.
• Represent Oyoyo Events App in a professional manner, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
• Meet and exceed weekly onboarding targets.Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on field observations and vendor needs.
