JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Ambassador LOCATION: Long Island, NY PAY RATE: $25/hour – Max 20 hours JOB TYPE: Part-time, On-Call (Weekdays, Weeknights & Weekends as events occur) SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Join our team as a Field Marketing Ambassador! Be the friendly face of our brand at events across Long Island, engaging with the public, sharing product info, and handing out samples. Flexible weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts, plus the chance to create memorable experiences that build brand buzz! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Actively promote and distribute our product at designated events and other high-traffic locations * Engage with consumers and provide product information to highlight the benefits and unique selling points * Encourage product trial by offering samples and creating a positive, memorable experience for potential customers * Embody the brand's values, personality, and mission to foster a strong connection with the target audience * Use your interpersonal skills to build relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates * Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with the consumer and answer their product questions * Use your personal vehicle for sampling and event activities when necessary; maintain its upkeep and premium appearance inside and out. Mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. * Gather customer feedback and insights regarding product preferences, brand perception, and market trends from activations after each shift to Trade Marketing Specialist. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Driving Position - must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid Driver's License. * Energetic, outgoing, and approachable demeanor to attract and retain customer interest * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences * Strong reliability and punctuality for all scheduled events * Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to accommodate event schedules * Flexible availability to work events * Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles are a plus SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY None WORK ENVIRONMENT Dynamic, Field-Based PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs consistently OTHER DUTIES Please note this Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
