WHO YOU ARE:

  • BA/BSc Degree or equivalent qualification ideally marketing or communications related
  • +1 year of experience in a marketing role
  • English and Spanish language fluency
  • A highly motivated individual with a natural interest in media, communications and marketing sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong writing skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Global Marketing team at Onclusive to support marketing for North and Latin America.
This role will report into our Field Marketing Lead for the Americas and will deliver localized marketing services across Latin America, as well as supporting US activities. In the role, you will support the sales and marketing teams across the region to deliver impactful lead generation and brand awareness programs for your markets. You will adapt globally produced content and campaigns as well as creating locally-initiated inbound marketing campaigns as required.
You will identify and manage Onclusive’s presence at relevant industry events as well as supporting the delivery of Onclusive owned events. You’ll organize regular webinars, deliver email campaigns and work with partners in the region to expand our reach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the growth marketing team to develop and adapt digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, display ads, Google ads, etc.) to optimize lead generation and compete effectively against our competitors
  • Translate and localize marketing assets and campaigns developed by the central and product marketing teams to the local language, ensuring messaging is relevant and clear for local market audience
  • Setting up email campaigns and nurturing sequences. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to execute campaigns through Pardot and Hubspot to ensure accurate segmentation, correct use of templates and assets, and design of comprehensive nurturing sequences to the highest standards.
  • Identify and maximize our presence at relevant local industry events for raising awareness and capturing leads. As a sponsor, exhibitor, speaker or just simply delegates, ensure Onclusive’s profile is prominent and leads are accurately captured.
  • Deliver own hosted events (including webinars), managing all logistics and leading the end-to-end planning, delivery and post-event review. This includes working with sales to identify target delegates, external speakers and internal participation.
  • Work with local partners to maximize opportunities to participate in joint activities or promotions to generate new business leads.
  • Manage the prospect database ensuring the contacts are relevant and up to date, and that GDPR compliance rules are adhered to, working alongside the growth marketing function..
  • Management of the local social media accounts in line with the overarching social media strategy
  • We imagine 60+% of your team will be focused on marketing in Central and South America, and the rest of the time you will be supporting marketing operations for our US marketing strategy
