AABTools is seeking for dynamic inside sales individuals who have a complete command over the trade of selling industrial products and also are great at building lasting customer relationships. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience of 2-4 years in selling industrial products
  • Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
  • Tactful and smart to handle customer objections and present solutions and options to specify products
  • Energetic and result orientated
  • Valid UAE driver’s license for light motor vehicles
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Selling Industrial Products: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
  • Performing demonstrations & trials for customers wherever required
  • Explaining the features and benefits of the products to the customers
  • Working with engineers and technical managers to understand project requirements and recommending the right product as per their application
  • Schedule training sessions for the customers as well as for the team whenever necessary
  • Identifying new customers and sites regularly
  • Interactions and take up dates about the progress of prospective sites from customer
  • Provide excellent overall customer service
  • Compelling and documenting reports on customer visit, market visit and information
  • Timely forecasting of the right products
  • Address customer issues and concerns in fixed time frame
