Description
RESPONSIBILITIES Support to Local and Channel Marketing Activities Assist in the creation and execution of local channel marketing plans to support partner pipeline development. Help to localize and deploy centrally created marketing programs, ensuring alignment with local market needs. Support partners in executing co-marketing activities and marketing campaigns. Campaign and Program Execution Coordinate logistics for partner events, webinars, trainings, local launches, and other engagement initiatives. Assist with the execution and tracking of lead-generation activities with local partners. Support the collection of indirect buyer insights and basic audience segmentation. Operational and Administrative Support Help manage and track local channel marketing budgets and co-marketing funds (MDF / co-op) under supervision. Ensure proper documentation and compliance for program approvals. Assist with marketing reporting and performance dashboards. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with local sales teams to understand partner needs and provide marketing support. Collaborate with the LATAM regional marketing team to review plans and share local requirements. Coordinate with 3rd party agencies, creative team, and digital marketing to request and follow up on materials and deliverables. Support content localization and posting to Vertiv social media channels in partnership with the Marketing Integration Lead. Brand and Process Compliance Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across partners and local materials. Promote the adoption of basic lead management processes with partners. Maintain accurate files, processes, and documentation related to marketing activities. QUALIFICATIONS 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related functions (preferably in B2B or technology industries). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, events management, or field marketing support. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Basic experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus (Oracle Sales Cloud, Eloqua, Sprinklr, etc.) Intermediate English (reading, writing, speaking). Experience supporting channel partners or sales teams. Some exposure to project management tools (Wrike or similar). Interest in developing data analysis skills to track campaign performance (ROI, leads, funnel stages). Experience coordinating events, webinars, or digital content production. Basic understanding of creative processes and how to request creative or audio-visual materials.
