Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are looking for a Field Marketing Lead, South Pacific (SP) to be based in our Melbourne or Sydney office. You will play a crucial role in SP's marketing team to accelerate growth. You create quality field marketing programmes and activities with a solid focus on Return on Investment according to SP priorities. You will report to Senior Manager, Brand and Field Marketing, Asia Pacific. Your Responsibilities: Build the annual marketing plan which supports the strategic growth priorities for the region in partnership with, sales and department management teams. Promote a solid focus on Return on Investment, strengthening Rockwell Automation's brand, and accelerating the customer decision-making/buying process. Lead with a digital-first mindset. Define event and campaign measurements with sales, and ensure these goals are met. Monitor implementation of the marketing plan and ensure adherence to budget. Perform Return on Investment analysis on campaigns and events. Manage the lead to revenue process. Define and work on Public Relations (PR) and social media activities in the region aligned with Asia Pacific and global brand guidelines and corporate messages. Build relationships with regional distributor and channel partners to create demand and amplify messaging. Partner with Asia Pacific, global and local teams to bring campaigns to life and be involved in projects with the Asia Pacific marketing team. Drive consistency of brand messaging through campaigns, channels and media. Build relationships with customers, partners, 3rd party agencies and media to identify opportunities for driving brand awareness and lead generation. Support and mentor SPR Field Marketing team. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent. 10 + years of experience in marketing. Experience with PR, digital and social marketing programmes, marketing tools and systems. Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements, including marketing automation, digital and social marketing, business intelligence and analytics. Solid business and financial experience to develop and support marketing plan. Experienced budget management skills. Prior experience in B2B, technology or software marketing preferred.
