The Position OPSWAT is seeking a Field Marketing Manager - Japan, to play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of various marketing events in Japan. This position will report to the APJ Field Marketing Director. You will work closely with the global marketing team, marketing operations, and brand/creative team. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for marketing and events who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. What you Will Be Doing Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including event invitations, blog post copy, social media posts, and email campaigns. Logistics Management: Manage event logistics such as registration, attendee tracking, and on-site support. Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking event budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective execution. Post-Event Analysis: Support the collection of feedback and data to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining event calendars, preparing reports, and managing communication with stakeholders. What We Need From You Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Jira, HubSpot, and Salesforce a plus. OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
