About the role: We’re looking for an energetic and organised Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute programs that bring our brand to life - from events and webinars to local initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to create campaigns that connect with our audience, manage event logistics end-to-end, and track performance to improve future efforts. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of in-person/virtual programs, including events, webinars, and local initiatives to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with audiences. Manage logistics and operations for local events, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site support to ensure successful execution. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing efforts. Act as a brand ambassador at events, delivering engagements and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing or enterprise marketing. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
