The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of Field Marketers to build Stronghouse brand awareness in local communities and neighborhoods. Role Description and Expectations Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up. • Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar (including evenings and weekends) for team of Field Marketers in assigned territory. • Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Marketers and create accountability through established marketing goals and KPIs. • Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations. • Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager and collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence. • Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. • Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing. • Experience in customer service and/or sales. • Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing. • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff. • Knowledge of best practices and new strategies for canvassing. • Ability to work outside in varying climates. • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends. • Strong multitasking, accountability, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Previous door-to-door canvassing experience. • Home improvement knowledge and/or experience. Travel Requirements: • Local travel required. Overtime / Additional Hours: • Additional hours may be required (exempt position). Physical Requirements: • Field office, manufacturing, or construction environment. • Outdoor work in varying temperatures and climates. • Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
