Field Marketing Manager We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of events globally. This role owns the regional events program end-to-end, driving impact through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Event Strategy & Planning Own the regional events strategy, aligning with marketing, sales, and GTM priorities Conduct ongoing research to identify and evaluate events based on audience quality, ICP fit, and pipeline potential Build and manage the annual events plan, including trade shows, hosted events, executive engagements, and reseller activities Define clear selection criteria and recommend where to invest (and not invest), acting as a strategic advisor to the region, not just a delivery function Set KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and ROI Identify new opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and business outcomes Event Execution & Performance Lead end-to-end execution of all regional events, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery Partner with the events logistics team to manage vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders Provide on-site/virtual leadership to ensure strong brand presence and experience Own post-event analysis, including leads, MQLs, and pipeline contribution Use data and insights to continuously optimize event effectiveness and future planning Process Optimization & Operations Drive improvements in event processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability Implement best practices across planning, vendor management, and execution Ensure consistent use of systems (e.g., Monday.com, SFDC, HubSpot) for tracking and reporting Budget Management Own events budget planning, allocation, and tracking Ensure efficient spend aligned with business priorities and ROI goals Lead vendor negotiations to maximize value Oversee invoice processing and budget reconciliation Stakeholder Leadership & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for regional sales leadership and field stakeholders Ensure alignment between event strategy, execution and regional priorities Deliver clear recommendations, regular performance updates and actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partners Key Qualifications 5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably in B2B or tech Proven experience owning regional event strategy and execution Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing budgets and external vendors/agencies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Mother tongue English Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business alignment with high level of execution Ownership and accountability Operational excellence and process optimization Strong leadership and stakeholder influence Results-driven and performance-focused Requirements null
