Description We are looking for a Field Marketing & Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale go-to-market activation with strategic partners across priority regions. This role focuses on driving demand generation through field and digital initiatives, strengthening partner engagement, and translating global marketing strategy into localized execution to accelerate revenue and expand brand presence. You will work closely with Sales and regional Business Development teams to develop campaigns, programs, and events that drive pipeline growth and deepen partner relationships. Who are we? You will… Build and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales goals and business priorities. Identify and lead relevant field programs and events (virtual and in-person), including webinars, roadshows, workshops, trade shows, and executive briefings. Partner closely with territory Sales and regional Business Development teams to deliver localized campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives that drive pipeline and partner loyalty. Develop and run co-marketing programs with channel partners, technology alliances, and strategic resellers—including joint events, lead-sharing initiatives, and incentive programs. Support partner enablement through go-to-market toolkits, sales collateral, and training assets. Measure and optimize performance by defining KPIs, analyzing results, and producing reports based on benchmarked data, event criteria, and participant feedback. Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across markets and align with Sales Ops and CRM/Marketing Automation teams to ensure accurate execution and tracking. Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to build assets that drive engagement and conversion. Requirements Apply if you have… ‎Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, focused on field marketing, partner/channel marketing, or demand generation. Proven success planning and executing field events with measurable results. Experience working with channel partners/ecosystems in B2B tech (e.g., autonomous systems, telecom, networking, cloud, fintech, or cyber). Strong project management skills and ability to execute across regions. Data-driven mindset (KPIs, performance analysis, optimization). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel to events. Nice to Have Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Exposure B2B sales cycles and partner ecosystems.
