Job Description: As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth within the automotive bodyshop and dealership sectors. You will develop and manage social media content, interact with auto dealerships and bodyshops, and build strong, lasting relationships within the industry. Your experience in the automotive field will be crucial in helping us connect with our target audience and achieve our marketing goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in dealerships and/or bodyshops is required.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry (dealerships or bodyshops).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Industry Engagement: Actively engage with auto dealerships and bodyshops to understand their needs, present our services, and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Field Marketing: Conduct in-person visits to dealerships and bodyshops to promote our services, generate leads, and gather market insights.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including service managers, directors, and general managers.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and influence.
